You can spend hours watching the surf glide, or check out Dreamcatcher Shack, started in 2002 by well-known Bollywood producers Shahnaab and Bhavna or head a little farther south from Arambol for idyllic Ashvim Beach, more popular with the Olive Ridley turtles that have been coming here for centuries.
On the northern part of Mandrem between the sea and the river is a beautiful small sandy “island” with coconut palms. Close by, Sharat Arora teaches Iyengar Yoga during the season. Siolim is central to healthy living and yoga and is a favoritye for both young and old. It has a rich diversity of fish and wild bird life and is fertile , peacful and calm. The local people are helpful and friendly as are country people everywhere in Goa. This area is very much up and coming with fast growing western investment and now is a perfect time to buy. our purchase price includes payment for a maintenance contract. This contract will cover the smooth running of all aspects of the development:24hr security, gardener, caretaker, pool man and water maintenance and cleaning , electricity and maintenance of all common areas. The developer will run the centre for the first 2 years and it in envisaged that a co-op will be formed at the end of that period and the contract payments transferred into a bank account in the Co-ops name.
