Les Arcs is now linked by cable car to the neighbouring resort of La Plagne to create one of the worlds largest ski areas, Paradiski, with amazing choice of runs for all levels and all tastes, from the glaciers situated at over 3000m down to the tree-lined slopes in the forest.
Les Arcs 1950 is a traditional Alpine village with its combination of wood, stone and slate exteriors inspired by the mountain farmhouses; coloured facades and wrought iron balconies like those in the valley and cobbled, pedestrian streets with luxury shops and boutiques, bars and restaurants. You can relax on a sunny terrace in the village plaza and admire the breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc and the Aiguille Rouge.
In summer, as in winter, there is a huge variety of activities to choose from :hiking through the alpine pastures, water rafting on the Isère river, golf or just relax by the pool ...
