This development certainly has the 'wow' factor, with its proximity to the sea and location inbetween St Tropez and Cannes.
The yield on this development is worked out in two ways according to which type of lease you decide to go with. The long term lease is for those who want to make a long term investment, who do not wish to have occupation at the property, but see it simply as an investment which will do incredibly well with capital appreciation. The yield is relatively small (between 1.7 – 2.2) however this is very much a long term investment.
The second option is taking a seasonal let. The developers are offering an opportunity to rent out your property during the spring / summer months (April to September) during which time your apartment will be rented out weekly at very attractive figures. Please ask the sales person for specific figures attached to each apartment. During the rest of the year the apartment is yours to visit and spend time in, or indeed you could contact a local estate agent and privately arrange for the apartment to be rented out
