All apartments are connected to a central 220V electricity network with installed electricity meter, safeguards, outlets, switches, bathroom and balcony lamps, as well as fire protection system and smoke sensors.

Furnishing:

Rentals:

Each client who has purchased an apartment in Nessebar Complex gets GUARANTEED RENTAL INCOME of 5% per annum for the first two years after acquiring the property; as well as a management contract with Property Management Ltd. – the biggest company in Bulgaria specialized in managing big apartment complexes. The first 5% are deducted from the property price as soon as the property ownership is transferred to the new owner. The second 5% are paid out by Property Management Ltd at the end of the tourist season in compliance with the agreement between the two parties.

Property Management Ltd is developing a large scale activity for selling excursions and holidays throughout the whole world and maintains partnership business relations with major world tour operators thus ensuring maximum occupancy of the properties within its operational activity. Even if a certain property is not in an appropriate rental condition, the company takes care of its decent furnishing, categorizing, maintenance, and renting out so that its owner can generate a quick and sound return on his investment.

Property owners receive their rental amounts at the end of the tourist season each year in accordance with their property management contract as payments are made by way of bank transfers and the company ensures receipts for the amount transferred.
