The location is the Parking Lot of the 5 Star Hotel. This is a paid parking lot, and the Investors have an opportunity to become owners of the Parking Slots, and benefit from the tremendous profit it earns.
There will be 550 car & 30 bus/coach Paid Parking Slots. Some slots will be in the open area, and some slots will be in the underground parking garage.
All vehicles will be issued an electronic time ticket going in, and have to pay going out. Some free parking passes may be issued to VIP Guests and others at the managements discretion.
Projected Parking rates: $1 first hour. Each additional hour $0.50. No in & out privileges.
