The city of Murcia is a very easy 45 minute drive away and the San Javier airport is no more than a 1 hour drive away. A new airport at Corvera is under construction and will be ready when the project completes.

The current pricing is very competitive as the developer realises that purchasers have to have vision in order to appreciate the scale and future value of the urbanisation and are coming in at an early stage in the project when not every last detail has been finalised.

This development is at pre off plan stage which means the developer still awaits his final licence for planning permission which is expected around the end of April 2007.

Payment terms are also very attractive with just a reservation fee due initially followed by a 20% deposit payable in Spring 2007 when the final building licence is obtained.

Investment potential, our opinion
The local government is now releasing other land for other future development although this is one of the very first projects to be launched. As land prices are low at the moment it follows that the entry prices are amongst the lowest in Spain and the deposit / payment structure allows for maximum growth on invested capital.

Until May 2007 we have locked in excellent early off plan prices on a range of apartments while the developers are waiting for the final paperwork to receive the official stamp. The only financial commitment at this early stage is a fully refundable 3000 euro reservation fee.

If the company fail to obtain licensing the reservation contract includes a clause to refund in full and compensate with an interest payment.

Airport Access
Currently the San Javier, 1 hour away and Alicante, 90 minutes drive away, airports are the nearest, but due to the increasing number of visitors to the Murcia region there is a new private airport being built in Corvera, around 1 hour drive away.

It is expected that in 2015 both airports, San Javier and Corvera, will absorb 2.5 million passengers between them.

Road links
Excellent road connections from Murcia, Alicante, Valencia with a new motorway being built which will connect with Granada.

Nearest beach
Aguilas is situated approximately 90 kilometres away. The town is bathed by the Mediterranean sea along 28 kilometres of lovely coastline.

The town is not on the main coastal road and consequently is free of through traffic, making for a very tranquil spot, with the exception of the month of August, when many Spanish arrive from Madrid, Cordoba and other inland towns when the temperature sores above 40°C.
