The Apollonium Spa and Beach Resort will have 337 properties in total, and will consist of the following:-

* Villas (semi & detached) - 3-4 bedrooms / 2.5-3.5 bathrooms   -  Prices from €141,755 - €225,024 (Optional Private Pool with detached villas) - Guide Price €17,000
All homes will be built to the highest standards and come complete with a fully fitted kitchen, extensive sun terraces & rooftop solariums (selected properties), pre-installed air-conditioning, landscaped gardens, sea views and unlimited access to full resort facilities.
BUILD SCHEDULE
* Building work is due to commence mid-summer 2006
* Completion due from November (2008)
PAYMENT PLAN
* Reservation Fee - £2,000 (Refundable within 28 days)
* 30% - 4th week (signature of contract)

* 20% - October 07

RENTALS
* Rental potential is around 20 weeks a year - (Â May - October)
* Estimated Potential Income = £300-£400 per week (2 bed. apartment)  & £700 - £800 per week (4 bed Villa)
* For those who are planning to rent there will be an on-site agency available who will clean, provide a welcome pack and (as far as i'm aware) collect and return clients to and from the airport - the cost is believed to be 30% of the rental figure.
