C/ Payment terms 70% - 30% -5 % from the total price

D/ Investor payment terms 100% -8 % from the total price
1. 10% (VAT included) as deposit within 30 days after inspection trip or reservation fee paid. The signing of the private purchase contract has to be made at the same time.
2. 90 % of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the building license.
