The Residence
The residence is a refurbished former hotel which includes 35 studios and apartments with south-facing loggias, view on the slopes and on the Oisans mountain range. This luxurious residence includes a wide range of amenities: swimming pool, lift, ski lockers, garden etc. There are large windows with balconies which createlot of space and luminosity. All apartments have been explored to answer to the particularities of each. The ski-in/ski-out residence, in the city centre, overlooks the lake of Chambon.
The Location: Les 2 Alpes
Les 2 Alpes is a large ski resort in the Ecrins mountain range. It benefits from the hours of sunshine of the southern Alps and the snow coverage of the Northern Alps. The ski resort benefits from 200 km of ski runs and 25 km cross-country skiing tracks linked to “La-Grave-le Meije”, the biggest skiable glacier in Europe. The station is less than half an hour by shuttle from another large resort, L’Alpe d’Huez.
At an altitude peaking at 3600m, Les 2 Alpes has a pretty good snow record, not only on the glacier, but also in the main resort areas. The skiing terrain offers a bit of action for everybody, and, as the resort is a purpose-built one, the nearest uphill transport is never far away.
This resort is ideal for families as baby sitters, a nursery and a ski knidergarten are available. A planned cable car will run from the village center to the glacier, thus reducing the time to reach high altitude skiing. Les 2 Alpes is a long, narrow, purpose-built village high in the French Alps, about 75 km from Grenoble.
In the summer, Les 2 Alpes has a whole range of activities like tennis, golf, horse riding, mountain bike, archery, quad, climbing, swimming and, last but not least, skiing on the glacier.
