We are looking for investors to participate in the development of this project with the possibility of 2 further sites of approx 1,900 and 3,000 units in the near future. The developer is presently in the process of building a site of 617 detached properties of which approx two thirds are sold and under contract, these other properties are not on a golf course but are within 15 mins drive of the next project we are featuring “El Romeral International Golf Resort”. This gives us an excellent start as we will sell off plan using the villas built on the first site to sell the second site. This will also show the quality and care the developer takes in not just the build quality of the villas but the infrastructure, surroundings and amenities. The developers team of experts consist of in-house solicitors in their offices in Murcia, Spain together with UK solicitors based in Manchester.
