Why UK Land ?

Gordon Brown has pledged to build 3 million new homes by 2020. Plans recently announced for a £40 million pound ‘super school’, part of a major educational revolution which is taking place in Winsford. A state of the art £10 million pound college set to break ground in the 1st quarter of 2008. Developers are currently bidding for the tender of a brand new £10 million pound leisure complex set to begin construction in January 2008. The site is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Omega Project. This is a huge £1 BILLION retail and commercial project that will create around 25,000 new jobs. Winsford is a unique town in that development is compromised on three sides meaning it has consistently grown in one direction. Our site is perfectly positioned in the ‘Path of Development’. The site is adjacent to recent development and has access to all utilities and road infrastructure. Winsford is home to the recently built Cheshire Police Headquarters as well as the Cheshire Fire Brigade HQ.
