Why Vanuatu?
Economic and Political Stability • A recent Asian Development Bank report highlighted favourable economic factors; specifically it mentioned GDP of 3.1%, inflation at less than 1%, decreasing external debt, and a budget surplus. • A US $65,000,000 grant has been secured, to fund development projects in Vanuatu. • A further $25,000,000 has been spent on Vanuatu’s aviation infrastructure over the past 5 years.

There is no income tax, no capital gains tax, no company tax, no estate duties or foreign exchange controls, and no reporting requirements in relation to the movement of funds.
Tourism Attractors • 12 weekly flights from Australia and New Zealand – just over 2 hours from Australia and just under 3 hours from New Zealand make it one of the closest island destinations for both markets. • Affordability of airfares and easy access fit the growing demand for short-break holidays, corporate incentives and romantic escapes. • A three-fold increase in government tourism-marketing spending in the last 3 years. • A 30% increase in tourism in the last 2 years. • Some of the Pacific’s best diving, fishing and sailing, and the glorious weather fuel the obvious future growth of these beautiful islands. • The fusion of British, French and Ni-Vanuatu culture. The fabulous seafood, organic beef, tropical fruits and talented local chefs make the local restaurants a real draw. • The opening of the new Grand Casino in Port Vila.
Vanuatu is one of the few destinations offering this blue-chip opportunity at such an affordable entry level. This opportunity will not last long.
